If you look at a blue shirt in the mirror, what is the color of your image?
What does this say about the frequency of light striking a mirror in comparison with the frequency of the reflected light then?
therefore blue: frequency of incident light = frequency of the reflected light, if this was not the case, then things would be different colors in the mirrors
