Actuator gates gone wrong due to the battery?

Hello, I replaced the battery in my 07/28/2006 and this morning my battery was completely dead. It was so dead that it could only work as long as it would get a break and have to do it again when I was back on. Anyway, I go to a substitute and the last time the battery went bad in it, coincidentally, the floodgates of the A / C stopped working. I have a Buick Century 99, and exactly the same I happened last time when the battery died. I do not use double A / C in all and not give a whit about it. Is it an easy process for a unified mechanism (?) Scheme for the a / c blows cold air without the two drivers work? The passenger gets to go with cold air, I get the hot air and the left of fresh air ventilation slightly, please help !???? edit *** Thomas, how will help clarify this mem gates work with me? I I'm recording codes

could route the vacuum hose next to the driver to drive and use a splitter techniclly both worked. unless the actuated itsself was bad, but hard to imagine.
