I have a pallet-making manuals and can not seem to lower the forks down?
I have a Pallet Truck. Just went home after use in a friend's house. Loaded truck in my side. He came home and want to lower the fork down after hitting the release lever will not drop. I noticed hyrullic noticed something fall, but the forkwheels are locked and leevated. What can be done.
Get a couple pieces of 2 x 4 – put them so the wheel front and rear are hanging in the air. See if you can unlock the locking mechanism. With even in the blocks, to see if you can jack into the hands of the maximum height. Remove care units and check their release lever again. There is a safety block which activates when you turned on your side. You may be able to make it your side back and reverse the blockade. It is a matter of wasting time until you get it – Its been 12 to 14 years since I fooled with one – it did not break! Be careful and good luck!
